Julita Freeman is currently serving as an Education & Leadership Development Specialist at National PTA. Prior to this role, Julita worked as a Teacher at Richmond Public Schools for 6 years. Julita also has experience as an Elementary School Teacher at Portsmouth Public Schools and as a Student Teacher in Chesapeake and Norfolk Public Schools. Julita has a Bachelor's Degree in Elementary Education and Psychology from Norfolk State University and a Master of Education in Education Policy and Leadership Studies from American University. Additionally, Julita has experience as an Avid Tutor in Virginia Beach City Public Schools and as an Instructor at The Little Gym Chesapeake.
