Dianne Palladino

Dianne Palladino, Ph.D., currently serves as the Director of Evaluation at the National Recreation and Park Association and has worked as the Senior Evaluation Manager at Figure A since January 2017, where Dianne provides research, evaluation, and data consulting services. Prior experience includes managing program evaluation teams at the Dallas Independent School District and conducting statistical analyses as an Institutional Researcher at The University of Texas at Arlington. Dianne's academic background features a Ph.D. in Social, Personality, and Health Psychology from Carnegie Mellon University, complemented by degrees in Psychology and Industrial Distribution/Manufacturing Engineering. Additionally, Dianne has extensive experience in research and project management across various educational and technological organizations.
