Valeriya Kotelnikova

Valeriya Kotelnikova has extensive experience in international cooperation and management roles within academia and corporate environments. Currently serving as a Manager at the International Center of the Study of Institutions at the National Research University — Higher School of Economics since 2019, Valeriya has been the Head of the International Cooperation Section at Государственный Университет Управления (ГУУ) since 2011, where notable achievements include debt resolution, a significant increase in international activity indicators, reduced staff turnover, and the development of a student selection program for exchange programs. Prior roles include a position as Head of the International Development and Academic Mobility Department at Sumitomo Corporation Europe Ltd and a Manager at EFES, an educational agency, where Valeriya facilitated student consultations and partnerships. Valeriya holds a PhD in Economics from the State University of Management and a specialist degree from Moscow State University of Railway Transport.
