Yolanda Vereen, CDM, CFPP, FMP, CFSI, possesses extensive experience in food service and nutrition management, currently serving as a retired professional after a distinguished career. Since August 2011, Yolanda has been the SNS Operations Supervisor at Guilford County Schools, managing operations and serving as a ServSafe proctor and instructor. Additional roles include Administrative Secretary at Providence Baptist Church, where responsibilities include website updates and budget preparation, and a Certified ServSafe® Instructor and published author with NRAEF since 2009. Previous positions encompass various managerial roles across multiple organizations, emphasizing leadership in dietary operations, patient services, and community health work.
