Joel Carmona

Joel Carmona is a seasoned professional in the food service and hospitality industry, currently serving as Regional Food Service Operations Manager at Navy Exchange Service Command (NEXCOM) since June 2023, overseeing a substantial contract management portfolio of over $35 million. With a diverse background, Joel also functions as a QSR Consultant for Creative QSR Solutions and has experience as a Notary Public and Flight Attendant for a major airline. Previous roles include Area Coach at Taco Bell, where Joel managed multiple multi-branded restaurants with significant annual sales, and owner of Java Joe's Café in St. Croix.
