Pat Kempen

Pat Kempen has extensive experience in the field of nutrition and dietetics, currently serving as a Certified ServSafe Instructor and Registered ServSafe Examination Proctor with the National Restaurant Association since December 2013. In addition to this role, Pat holds multiple positions at Mount Mary University, including Graduate Program Director, Program Director for the Coordinated Undergraduate Program in Dietetics, Dietetics Department Chair, Dietetics Educator, and Adjunct Instructor in Dietetics. Prior experience includes serving as a Part Time Instructor at Waukesha County Technical College and as General Manager at Sodexo, where leadership and strategic direction for food and nutrition contracts were provided. Notably, Pat was the Director of Nutrition Services at Children's Hospital of Wisconsin from 1998 to 2009. Pat's educational background includes a Master of Science in Clinical Nutrition from Rush University and a Bachelor's degree in Dietetics/Dietitian from Mount Mary University.
