Bryan Kersten

Bryan Kersten is a seasoned product management professional with extensive experience in educational and digital learning sectors. Currently serving as Senior Product Manager for Implementation Services at the National Restaurant Association, Bryan leads cross-functional teams to drive customer experience and sustainable business outcomes. Previously, as Senior Director of Product Delivery at 2U, strategic leadership was provided for Curriculum and Tech Product teams focused on enhancing faculty and student experiences. Other roles included Executive Director of Learning Innovation and Product at Everspring Inc., where Bryan spearheaded strategic academic initiatives, and Lead Instructional Designer at Pearson Embanet, managing course development for prestigious universities. Bryan holds a Master of Science in Human Computer Interaction from DePaul University and a B.A. in International Relations/Political Science from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, complemented by a CORe Credential from Harvard Business School Online.
