Maggie Schutz has a diverse background in marketing, event management, and nonprofit organizations. Maggie has worked as the Director of Enterprise Marketing at the National Restaurant Association, leading the implementation of marketing automation tools and managing the rebuild of the organization's website. Prior to that, they were an Event Services & Sales Manager at SmithBucklin, where they managed partner asset management tools, created sponsorship offerings, and handled partner account management for multiple events. Maggie also served as the Executive Director of Learnapalooza, a neighborhood learning festival, and worked on projects at The HUB and Dress for Success. Additionally, they held roles at ASUG - Americas' SAP Users' Group and FundraisingInfo.com, where they supervised teams, managed campaigns, and provided support to member companies.

Maggie Schutz completed their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Political Science at Agnes Scott College from 2002 to 2005. In addition to their degree, they obtained a Membership Certificate from The Interaction Design Foundation and completed the Design Kit: The Course for Human-Centered Design, provided by Acumen and Ideo.org.
