Amelia Federico

Research Assistant at National Science Foundation

Amelia Federico is a research assistant at the National Science Foundation, focusing on the impact of age and family roles on intra-family interactions and conflict resolution. In addition, Federico serves as a Youth Leader for the EYE For Prevention initiative and has held positions such as Organizing and Political Strategy Associate at Our Turn, Teaching Assistant at Denver Public Schools, and Diversity Project Assistant at Metropolitan State University of Denver. Previous experience includes internships with The Capstone Group LLC, NARAL Pro-Choice America, the Congressional Hispanic Caucus Institute, and the United States Senate. Federico holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Metropolitan State University of Denver and is pursuing a Public Policy degree at Carnegie Mellon University.
