Brad Treat

Brad Treat is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in entrepreneurship and education. Currently serving as a Member of the Board of Directors at IncubatorWorks, Treat provides strategic direction for a non-profit focused on regional economic development. As an Entrepreneur in Residence at both the Southern Tier Startup Alliance and Rev: Ithaca Startup Works, Treat supports emerging businesses in New York's Southern Tier. Academic roles include instructing at Cornell University and Ithaca College, where Treat teaches courses on practical entrepreneurship and startup processes. Previously, Treat held the positions of CFO/COO at Lufburrow & Company and Founder & CEO at Mezmeriz. Treat's educational background includes an MBA in Entrepreneurship from Cornell Johnson Graduate School of Management and a BS in Mechanical Engineering from North Carolina State University.
