Leena Bakshi McLean, Ed.D has a diverse work experience spanning various roles in the education sector. Leena served as the Executive Director of STEM4Real, focused on providing culturally relevant STEM teaching. Leena also held positions such as Director of Multicultural/Equity in Science Education at the National Science Teaching Association, STEM Literacy and Methods Academic Instructor at Claremont Graduate University, and Secretary on the Board of Directors at the California Science Teachers Association.
