Lekha Mathew

Lekha Mathew has a diverse range of work experience, starting with their current role as the Director of Agile Strategy and Execution at National Student Clearinghouse. In this position, they have implemented change strategies and executed plans to improve product delivery efficiency.

Prior to that, Lekha worked as a Senior Scrum Master at the American College of Cardiology, where they played a key role in the organization's Agile Transformation. Lekha prioritized and managed revenue-generating products, leading a technical team and collaborating with stakeholders and vendors to deliver integrated products and increase online revenue.

Before joining the American College of Cardiology, Lekha served as a Technical & Project Lead at CACI International Inc. Lekha managed a multi-million dollar project for the Army Training and Doctrine Command, overseeing the delivery of web applications for budget gathering and management processes.

Lekha's earlier experiences include working as a Web Application Developer at KCT, where they contributed to full stack development and timely delivery of multiple websites. Lekha also served as a Data Engineer at Comscore, Inc., where they gathered and analyzed financial systems information for market analysis and coded database scripts for data scraping and transformation.

Throughout their career, Lekha has demonstrated strong leadership skills, expertise in Agile methodologies, and a track record of successful project delivery.

Lekha Mathew holds a Master of Science (MS) degree in Management of IT from the University of Virginia, which was obtained from 2014 to 2015. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) degree in Computer Science & Engineering from Mar Athanasius College of Engineering, spanning from 2000 to 2004. Additionally, Lekha has obtained various certifications such as Certified SAFe® Practitioner, Women's Leadership Program, Certified Scrum Professional (CSP), Advanced Certified ScrumMaster (A-CSM), Certified Agile Leadership I, and Certified ScrumMaster (CSM).
