Erika Lecaj

Erika Lecaj is an accomplished communications and enrollment professional with extensive experience in the National Student Leadership Conference since October 2016, serving in various leadership roles including Director of Communications, Director of Enrollment, and Director of Middle School Scholarships. Prior to these roles, Erika held directorial positions overseeing operations for programs at Georgia Tech, Rice University, and the University of Washington. Additionally, Erika gained experience in customer service as a Managing Bartender/Server at Riverview Tavern and served in multiple capacities at the National Student Leadership Conference, advancing from Enrollment Coordinator to Assistant Site Director. Erika began their career in the arts as an Acting Apprentice at B Street Theatre and supported theatre recruitment at Illinois Wesleyan University while earning a Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) in Music Theatre.
