Rachel Pei-Fang Wu.

Rachel Pei-Fang Wu, Ph.D, has been serving as an Assistant Professor at National Taichung University of Education since August 2012. Previously, Rachel held the position of Postdoctoral Researcher at National Taitung University from January 2010 to August 2011 and worked as an Instructor at the University of Oklahoma from January 2005 to August 2010, focusing on the foundations of special education. Rachel earned a Doctor of Philosophy in Special Education from the University of Oklahoma between 2005 and 2009, following a Master of Science in Special Education and a Master of Education in Early Childhood Education and Teaching from the University of Central Oklahoma. Rachel also holds a Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education and Teaching from the University of Central Oklahoma, completed between 1998 and 2001.
