Colleen Scopacasa

Colleen Scopacasa has extensive experience in human resources, career management consulting, and business ownership. Colleen is currently the Director of Human Resources at National Technologies (NTI), a Network Connex Company. Previously, they worked as a Senior Career Management Consultant at Right Management. Prior to that, they owned and operated Resumes+, a leading provider of resume writing and social media profile services. Colleen also worked as a Recruiter/HR Consultant at MacLean-Fogg Company and as a Human Resources/Central Services Manager at Ice Mobility, where they managed a team and oversaw various HR functions. Earlier in their career, they served on the Board of Directors at Nurture and worked as a Human Resources Manager at Motorola, where they provided HR support for the US cellular market.

Colleen Scopacasa holds a Master's degree in Labor and Industrial Relations from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, completed in 1994. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from the same institution. In addition to their formal education, they have obtained certifications such as "Jodi Glickman on Pitching Yourself" from LinkedIn, acquired in October 2020, and "Certified Professional Resume Writer" from the Professional Association of Resume Writers in 2002.
