Senior HR Bp/ Head Of Reward & HR Operations at National Treasury Management Agency

Fiona Mehigan began their work experience as an HR Manager at KBC Bank Ireland in 2001, starting as an Assistant Manager and progressing to Deputy Manager and finally Manager. During their time there, they handled various tasks such as recruitment, employee relations, compensation and benefits management, and management information reporting. In 2014, they joined the National Treasury Management Agency as a Senior HR Business Partner and was later promoted to Head of Reward & HR Operations. In this capacity, they are responsible for stakeholder engagement, business partnering, HR operations, HR system analytics, and reward delivery including payroll, pension, and benefits.

Fiona Mehigan completed their Leaving Certificate at St Tiernan's Community School from 1988 to 1993. Following that, they pursued a Bachelor of Business Studies with a specialization in Human Resources at Dublin City University, graduating in 1997. Additionally, Fiona obtained a Certificate in Payroll Management from IPASS, however, the specific month and year of attainment are not provided.
