Laura Tobin

Laura Tobin is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in ICT strategy and business relationship management at the National Treasury Management Agency since September 2016. With prior roles including PMO Analyst/Project Manager, Laura contributes to the agency's mission of asset and liability management for the Government, encompassing national debt management. Previous experience includes a position as Membership & Corporate Events Coordinator at the Association of Compliance Officers in Ireland, focusing on professional development for compliance officers in financial services. Laura's educational background includes an MSc in Strategic Management from Technological University Dublin, along with various qualifications in negotiation and change management from the Irish Management Institute.
