Caroline Noon

Caroline Noon is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in learning and development, particularly in apprenticeship management. Since January 2018, Caroline has served as Apprenticeship Manager at the National Trust, where responsibilities include leading and enhancing the apprenticeship programs across various disciplines while providing expertise to stakeholders. Prior to this role, Caroline was a Talent and Learning Partner at Ecclesiastical Insurance Group, designing a new apprenticeship program and developing a company-wide training framework. Previous experience includes roles at Thames Water, Barclays Direct, UNUM, Capstone/SPML, Equant, and EDS Group, focusing on training delivery, organizational development, and consulting on learning solutions. Caroline holds a Behavioral Science BSc and various professional certifications in blended learning, coaching, and mental health first aid.
