Francesca Page-Smith

Francesca Page-Smith currently serves as the Head of Visitor Experience at the National Trust, overseeing strategic leadership in Visitor Experience and Operations at a prominent Treasure House and Gardens. Francesca has successfully delivered operational workstreams, including Visitor Experience, Audience Development, and Membership growth, while also managing security and collection care. Previous roles include Interim Head of Visitor Experience and Visitor Engagement Manager, where responsibilities involved collaborative program development and managing over 200 volunteers. Prior experience includes Visitor Experience roles at Stowe House Preservation Trust and delivering visitor engagement programs and private tours. Francesca holds multiple law degrees from the University of Cambridge and the University of Buckingham, complemented by a Master's in The Art Market and the History of Collecting.
