Jo Drinkwater

Jo Beale (née Drinkwater) is a seasoned professional in product development and human resources, currently serving as the Product Development Co-ordinator for the National Trust since November 2017. In this role, Jo supports the introduction of new products and contributes to the internal Cookbook within the central Food and Beverage Team. Prior to this, Jo worked as a People Assistant in recruitment, facilitating the hiring process for various regions. Earlier experience includes serving as an HR Administrator at Clarkson Evans Ltd, where a variety of recruitment and administrative duties were managed. Additionally, Jo gained valuable customer service experience as a waitress at Small Talk Tea Rooms and Avenue Cafe during and after academic pursuits. Jo holds a Bachelor of Arts in History from Bath Spa University.
