Kirsten Warren

Kirsten Warren is currently serving as the Assistant Director of Operations at the National Trust since March 2023, managing operations in the North region, which includes Merseyside, Lancashire, Cheshire, and Manchester. Prior to this role, Kirsten was the Director at Knowsley Safari from November 2021 to March 2023. Kirsten's extensive experience with the National Trust spans over a decade, where responsibilities included General Manager and Visitor Experience Manager positions from September 2010 to November 2021. Additionally, Kirsten worked as Visitor Services Manager at Wellcome Trust from 2006 to 2010 and at Old Royal Naval College from March 2003 to September 2006. Academic qualifications include an MA in Arts and Heritage Management from The University of Sheffield and a BA in Classics and English from the University of Nottingham.
