Michael Kuzma

Michael Kuzma, PMP, BRMP, is an experienced project and portfolio management professional with a strong background in leading transformative initiatives across various industries. Currently serving as the Senior Portfolio Director for Student Success Services at National University since October 2021, Michael is focused on transitioning legacy project-management methods to a lean strategic portfolio management approach, empowering leaders through a bottoms-up idea/demand-management model. Prior experience includes key roles at AMN Healthcare and Abbott, where Michael demonstrated expertise in project analytics, business systems consulting, and organizational change management, actively contributing to significant IT and infrastructure projects. Michael holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
