Tiffany A. has a diverse work experience in various positions related to learning and development. Tiffany currently works as the Senior Director of HR & Learning at the National Urban League, where they manage professional development and leadership programs. Prior to this, they served as the Director of Learning & Development at National Debt Relief, LLC, overseeing the implementation of organizational-wide learning initiatives. Tiffany also worked at MetroPlus Health Plan as an Associate Director and Senior Learning & Performance Consultant, where they partnered with key business partners to improve organizational effectiveness. Prior to that, Tiffany worked in training and development roles at Visiting Nurse Service of New York, PwC, Microsoft, and Holmes Changle Vocational College.

Tiffany A. graduated from Elon University with a Bachelor's degree in Communications & Media Studies, completing their education from 1997 to 2001.
