Amanda Fleischer

Amanda Fleischer, MBA, ABOC, currently serves as Health & Wellness Manager at Sam's Club since March 2022 and has been the General Manager at National Vision Inc. since December 2016, overseeing operations in various departments and ensuring exceptional customer service. Amanda also owns and operates SoCal Synergy Softball, a non-profit travel organization focused on providing competitive opportunities for young girls in softball. Additionally, Amanda has held coaching roles, including Head Coach for Novice Softball at Olympian High School since February 2019. Previous experience includes senior management positions at FedEx Office and Blockbuster, as well as foundational roles in student organizations and school districts. Amanda obtained a Master’s in Organizational Leadership from Colorado State University, a Bachelor’s in Business Administration from San Diego State University, and an Associate's in Business Administration from Cuyamaca College.
