Heidi Cameron

Heidi Cameron has a diverse work experience spanning over multiple industries. Heidi started their career in 1992 with positions in retail and lab roles at Lenscrafters. Heidi eventually became a General Manager overseeing multiple associates. In 2006, they transitioned to the role of Regional Quality Coordinator, responsible for improving sales and customer satisfaction in a $30 million region. From 2009 to 2011, they served as the Regional Quality Manager, leading 25 store locations and delivering brand results. Heidi then became a Regional Director of Operations, managing 14 stores with an overall volume of $18.5 million. From 2013 to 2015, they worked as a Regional Sales/Operations Manager at Target Optical, focusing on delivering sales and profit results. In 2015, they became the Market Manager at First Financial Bank, leading a team of Sales Center Managers. In 2016, they briefly worked as a Territory Sales Manager at Cintas before joining National Vision Inc. Heidi served as a District Manager, overseeing retail stores within a specified territory, and later became the Director of Operations - Eyeglass World Labs, focusing on enhancing Lab Operations and Lab Associates.
