Tracy Scott has extensive work experience in various roles related to training, management, and diversity and inclusion. Tracy started their career in 1998 as a Store Manager at Shane Co. where they managed daily operations and trained a team of diamond consultants. Tracy then worked as a Co-Manager at Limited Brands, where they provided training and coaching to the sales and specialty staff. In 2006, they joined Luxottica Retail as a Market Manager, overseeing corporate and franchise locations in the Southeastern region. Tracy later worked as a Training Specialist at Optometry at National Vision, Inc., conducting training for new store openings across multiple brands. Tracy also served as a Business Consultant at Pearle Vision before joining National Vision Inc. as a Learning Specialist. In this role, they conducted training for new store openings and facilitated follow-ups. Tracy's most recent positions at National Vision Inc. include Manager-Management Education and Director of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion and Learning & Development. Tracy was responsible for managing teams that developed and facilitated training programs, including change management, product, and process training. Tracy also created and delivered a diversity, equity, and inclusion strategy aligned with the company's goals at National Vision Inc.
Tracy Scott attended Auburn University from 1989 to 1993, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Political Science and English. Tracy also holds a Diversity and Inclusion Certification from Cornell University, which was obtained in 2021.
