Angela Nelson

Angela Nelson is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in data analytics, employee engagement, and program management. Currently serving as a Senior Human Resources Business Partner at the National Youth Advocate Program since September 2022, Angela previously held multiple roles at JPMorgan Chase & Co. since November 2010, including Human Resources Data Analytics Associate and Escrow Administration Team Lead. Angela’s expertise includes conducting employee surveys, promoting organizational effectiveness, managing large-scale employee recognition programs, and contributing to cross-functional initiatives aimed at improving corporate culture and operational efficiency. Angela holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a focus on Marketing from the University of North Texas and a Master’s degree in Human Resources Management from the University of Arizona.
