Jaime Alvaro Moreno has a diverse work experience spanning various positions and industries. From 2022 to the present, they have been the Head of DevOps at Nationale-Nederlanden, leading a team and implementing CI/CD strategies. Prior to that, from 2019 to 2022, they were a DevOps Lead Engineer at the same company, managing infrastructure and operations while implementing CI/CD strategies.

Before joining Nationale-Nederlanden, from 2017 to 2019, Jaime worked as an IT Operations Manager at OKN Learning, responsible for designing and implementing CI/CD strategies in Microsoft Azure cloud environments. Jaime also worked as a Senior Software Developer from 2015 to 2017, leading the integration department and designing a new architecture for integration and exporting processes.

In their earlier career, Jaime worked at Mancomunidad de Servicios Sociales Sierra Norte as an IT Engineer from 2006 to 2015, where they were in charge of managing IT infrastructure, systems, networks, and developing customized applications. Additionally, they started their career as a Help Desk Technician at Business Integration from 2004 to 2006 and as a System Administrator at Mithra, S.L. from 1999 to 2001.

Jaime Alvaro Moreno is a software engineer specialist with a degree in computer software engineering from Universidad Pontificia de Salamanca. In addition to their degree, they have obtained certifications as a Certified SAFe® 5 Product Owner/Product Manager from Scaled Agile, Inc. in January 2021 and as a New Relic Certified Performance Pro from New Relic, Inc. in September 2018.
