Roland Coppus

Roland Coppus has extensive work experience in the insurance and financial industry. Roland is currently serving as the CIO Services at NN Group / Life & Pensions since July 2021. Prior to this, they held various roles at Nationale-Nederlanden, including Director of Change & IT and Program Director from 2011 to present, and Director of Operations & IT and Head of Operations RVS Insurance at RVS Insurance (ING Group) from 2004 to 2010. Roland also has experience at Nationale Nederlanden in different leadership positions, such as Head of Business Unit Income Insurance, Head of Businessunit Employee Benefits (Corporate Accounts), Head of Businessunit Income & Healthcare Insurance, Head of Department Non-life Insurance, and Organisation Consultant from 1990 to 2004.

Roland Coppus completed their master's degree in Sociology at Utrecht University from 1985 to 1989.
