Caitlin Evans is a seasoned professional in financial reconciliations, currently serving as a Strategic Change Subject Matter Expert at Nationwide Building Society since March 2021, where notable achievements include winning the 'Focus On What Matters' award in 2024. Prior experience includes leading a team of Financial Reconcilers and managing significant reconciliation tasks related to buy-to-let mortgages. Caitlin has also been active in various roles at the University of Birmingham and has gained exposure through several work experience placements in legal and regulatory environments. Currently pursuing a Level 7 Chartered Global Management Accountant qualification, Caitlin is dedicated to furthering expertise in accounting and finance.
