Missy French CTA, ECI serves as the Director of Operations at Nationwide Hotel and Conference Center since September 2021, following a tenure as General Manager at Home2 by Hilton during the hotel's opening. Previously, Missy held the Director of Rooms Operations position at Nationwide Hotel and Conference Center, where responsibilities included overseeing all aspects of Rooms operations until furloughed due to COVID-19. Missy founded Missy Marries, a boutique wedding service that performed 35-50 ceremonies annually, and worked in various management roles at Columbus Hospitality Management. Additional experience includes serving as Assistant General Manager at Hyatt Place Columbus/OSU and Operations Manager positions at Crowne Plaza & Lofts Hotel, and multiple Courtyard by Marriott locations, where leadership responsibilities encompassed opening new hotels and managing diverse operational facets. Missy is an alumnus of the University of Michigan-Flint and Middletown High School.
