Shannon Cragg

Shannon Cragg possesses extensive experience in the claims management and insurance sectors, having held various leadership roles at prominent companies. At Nationwide, Shannon serves as Vice President of PL Casualty Claims, Recovery and SIU, and previously held the position of Vice President of Personal Lines Claims, Technical and Assistant Vice President of Personal Property Field Claims. At Travelers, Shannon contributed as Field Product Line Manager for both Auto Claims and Property Claims, and progressed from Associate Field Product Line Claim Manager to Director of Property. Prior experience at Safeco Insurance includes roles as Product Line Claim Manager for Auto, Claim Unit Manager for Auto Bodily Injury and Litigation, and Casualty Claim Representative. Additionally, Shannon began a career in the public sector as Senior Field Representative at the State of Tennessee Treasury Department - TN Consolidated Retirement System.
