Erin Daga

Operations Lead at Native

Erin Daga has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles.

Erin is currently working as a Senior Operations Associate at Native since October 2022. Prior to that, they were the Manager at PenFed Foundation VEIP from February 2020 to May 2022.

From September 2016 to March 2019, Erin served as the Affiliate Relations Manager at the National Association for the Education of Young Children (NAEYC). In this role, they played a key role in the organization's transition to a new national membership and affiliate structure, resulting in significant membership growth. Erin also led the development of a customized membership portal, provided technical assistance to affiliates, and presented at national conferences.

Before joining NAEYC, Erin held the position of Vice President of Communications at the Northern Virginia Association for the Education of Young Children from October 2013 to July 2017.

Erin's early work experience includes serving as a Program Manager at the United Way of Tucson and Southern Arizona from June 2005 to May 2008.
