Lauren Knudson

Brand Strategist at Native Digital

Lauren Knudson has a diverse work experience in various roles and companies. Starting in 2016, they worked as a Campaign Intern for Jason Kander for U.S. Senate, where they assisted with fundraising, event coordination, and writing tasks. In 2017, they served as a Social Media Strategist Intern at MMGY Global, contributing to content creation, social media planning, and brand research for clients. Later that year, they worked as a Researcher and Strategist at Adzou, conducting primary and secondary research for a client project.

In 2018, Knudson joined The Integer Group as an Insights and Strategy Intern, developing strategies for multiple projects and clients. Lauren also worked as a Graduate Teaching Assistant at the Missouri School of Journalism, teaching Communication Law and assisting with the History of Journalism course.

From 2019 to 2021, Knudson worked at The Integer Group as an Account Planner, where they were responsible for retail planning and communication strategy for various clients. Lauren also worked as an Adjunct Professor at Stephens College in 2021, teaching a course on professional and personal development in the Communication Design program.

Most recently, Knudson worked as a Brand Strategist at Veterans United Home Loans, where they translated research insights into creative briefs, developed brand strategies, and conducted brand research studies. Currently, they are working as a Brand Strategist at Native Digital, beginning in 2022.

Lauren Knudson pursued their education at the University of Missouri-Columbia. From 2014 to 2017, they completed their Bachelor of Journalism with a focus on Strategic Communication. Later, in 2018 and 2019, they continued their studies at the same institution, obtaining a Master of Arts (MA) degree in Journalism, with a specialization in Strategic Communication.
