Patrick Eaton has a diverse work experience in various industries. Patrick was the Founder and CFO of IP Equipment in 2019. Prior to that, Patrick worked at Equinor as a Facility Planner/Controller, where they developed and implemented reporting tools for cost estimation and progress tracking. Before Equinor, Patrick was a Facility Construction Superintendent and Williston Regional Yard Manager at Statoil, where they focused on developing pipe yards, rental programs, and equipment locations to support audits. Patrick also worked as a Field Accountant at Strata Corporation, where they were responsible for invoicing improvements and project management. Earlier in their career, Patrick worked as a Financial Analyst at Montana Health Solutions. Currently, they hold the position of Vice President Operations at Native Energy Solutions LLC, where they aim to increase profitability through the utilization of new processes and software.

Patrick Eaton attended the University of North Dakota from 2003 to 2009, where they obtained a Bachelor of Accountancy degree with a focus on Accounting and Business/Management. Additionally, during the same time period, they also earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree, specializing in Business Administration, Management and Operations. In October 2017, Patrick obtained a certification as a Project Management Professional (PMP) from the Project Management Institute.
