Jovana Cafnik

Jovana Cafnik is a Junior Recruiter at Native Teams since September 2024, specializing in proactive headhunting and candidate sourcing for both technical and non-technical roles. Prior experience includes serving as an Educator at Brainobrain North Macedonia from June 2023 to September 2024, where interactive learning sessions were conducted using Abacus, NLP, and VAK techniques to foster children's mental and personality development. Additionally, Jovana worked as a Psychologist at La Strada from August 2022 to June 2023, focusing on monitoring refugees' emotional well-being and providing daily support. Jovana holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Ss. Cyril and Methodius University in Skopje and is currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources Management and Services at Creative Hub Macedonia.
