Katie Wolford

Katie Wolford has gained experience in various roles throughout their career. Katie began their work experience at Nature Stone Floors in 2007, where they served as a Sales Office Manager & Executive Assistant. In this role, they managed the sales, production, and customer service departments, as well as handled sales calls and scheduling for multiple sales representatives at three locations. Katie continued in this position until 2010.

In 2013, Katie became a Graduate Assistant at Kent State University. Katie'sresponsibilities included performing on-site midterm evaluations on case management students in various organizational settings, managing and reporting practicum student progress, and forming connections with supervisors to ensure productive internships. Katie remained in this role until 2015.

Afterwards, Katie joined Group Management Services, Inc. as a Benefits Account Manager in 2015. Katie was responsible for managing benefits accounts and ensuring client satisfaction. Katie'stenure with the company lasted until 2016.

From 2016 to 2018, Katie worked as a Human Resources Manager at MP Biomedicals. Katie oversaw human resources functions and ensured compliance with relevant policies and regulations.

Most recently, Katie started working as a Senior Human Resources Representative at National Interstate Insurance Company, beginning in 2022. Katie is currently in this role, where they contribute their expertise in various human resources functions.

Katie Wolford attended Kent State University from 2011 to 2013, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Psychology. Katie then went on to complete an Associates Degree in Business Management at Cuyahoga Community College. Prior to their university education, Katie attended Bedford Senior High School. After completing their Associates Degree, they returned to Kent State University and earned a Master's Degree in Human Development and Family Studies from 2013 to 2015. Additionally, Katie obtained a certification as an SHRM CP (Certified Professional) from SHRM in June 2018. Katie also received a certification as a Chemical Dependency Counselor Assistant in June 2015.
