Nick Shelton

Nick Shelton has over 17 years of work experience. In 2020, they began working at Natron Energy as the Director of Talent and Head of Talent. Nick also started working at Caption Health in 2020 as the Talent Manager, managing all things related to Talent Acquisition. In 2019, they worked as a Sr. Recruiter at Quid. In 2018, they worked as a Recruiting Lead at Applied Intuition, where they served in both recruiting and HR functions as the company grew from Series A to Series B and opened offices in Germany and Japan. From 2011 to 2018, Nick worked at Google, where they were a Staffing for Special Projects, Google for Work, Enterprise Sales, and Google Offers Inside Sales Associate. In 2010, they were the Director of Business Development at Aquasi Water, a startup providing water filtration services in India. From 2004 to 2010, they worked as an Author at The Good Life Inc., where they wrote poems, short stories, and book-length projects. In 2003, they were a Staff Member at Perry Volunteer & Outreach, where they worked on many volunteer and community service projects.

Nick Shelton has a diverse educational background. Nick began their studies in 2004 at Mercer University, where they earned a Bachelor in Marketing/Management in 2008. Nick then attended the University of Oxford, where they completed a Certificate Program in Economics in 2008. Nick followed this with a Master of Arts of Religion from Yale University in 2010, and is currently studying for a Master of Business Administration - MBA at IE Business School, which they expect to complete in 2022.
