Matt Taylor

Matt Taylor currently serves as an Air Traffic Watch Manager at NATS since October 2022, overseeing manpower and rostering operations. Prior to this, Matt held the same position at Air Navigation Solutions Ltd. from March 2016 to October 2022, managing the day-to-day running of air traffic control services at Gatwick Airport. Matt's extensive background in air traffic control includes a role at NATS from March 2007 to March 2016, where responsibilities included ensuring safe and efficient aircraft movements at London Gatwick and Luton Airport. Earlier experience includes serving as a Connections & Baggage Manager at Heathrow, where operational management of the baggage network and passenger connections was overseen. Matt's career started as a Passenger Service Agent at British Airways and as a Property Manager at Foxtons. Matt holds a Bachelor’s degree in Tourism and Travel Services Management from the University of Westminster.
