Matthew Mills has a diverse work experience in digital communications and marketing. Matthew started their career as an Intranet Manager at NATS in 2005 and eventually transitioned to become a Digital Marketing Manager before taking on the role of Head of Digital Communications in 2012. Prior to NATS, Matthew worked as a Senior Consultant in Web Technology at QinetiQ from 2002 to 2005.
Matthew Mills began their education journey by obtaining a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Psychology from The Manchester Metropolitan University in 1994. Matthew then pursued a Master of Science (MSc) in Occupational and Organizational Psychology at Birkbeck, University of London, from 1997 to 1999. Finally, they completed a Master of Science (MSc) in Computing and Information Systems at the University of Greenwich from 2000 to 2003. Additionally, they obtained certifications in Psychometric Testing - Levels A & B from The British Psychological Society.
