Vijay Kavuri

Vijay Kavuri has diverse work experience spanning across various industries. Vijay started their career as a Collateral Analyst at Countrywide Full Spectrum Lending in 2006. Vijay then worked at Banco Popular North America in multiple roles including Collection Analyst, Credit Analyst, Disbursement Specialist, and Commercial Loan Workout Officer from 2007 to 2014.

From 2014 to 2015, Vijay worked as a Portfolio Manager - Assistant Vice President at Ridgestone Bank, where they managed and serviced a portfolio of SBA and USDA guaranteed loans.

In 2015, they transitioned to West Suburban Bank as a Commercial Loan Officer, where they managed and serviced a portfolio of commercial and small business loans.

From 2019 to 2020, Vijay worked as a Student Support Help Desk for College of DuPage, providing technical support to students and community members.

Vijay then gained experience in the IT industry, first as an Information Technology Help Desk Technician at Glassdoor in 2020, where they were responsible for setting up software and machines and managing installations. Vijay then joined PSAV as a Help Desk Analyst, working with Active Directory and managing tickets for troubleshooting and password resets.

In 2020, Vijay joined Enlivant as an IT Support Technician, where they provided technical support to the company's IT infrastructure.

Currently, Vijay is working at Natterbox, starting as a Customer Support Engineer in 2021 and subsequently taking on the role of Customer Success Manager in 2022.

Vijay Kavuri obtained their Bachelor's degree in Finance and Accounting from DePaul University, where they studied from 2002 to 2006. Vijay later pursued further education and obtained an Associate's degree in Applications and Technical Support from the College of DuPage, attending from 2018 to 2020. In addition to their formal education, Vijay has also obtained additional certifications, including the Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) from Cisco, which they obtained in June 2020, and the Amazon Web Services Solutions Architect Associate certification from Amazon Web Services (AWS), which they obtained in May 2020.
