Angelo Gaioto is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in engineering management and agile methodologies, currently serving as a Senior Engineering Manager at Natura since April 2021. Prior roles include Senior Engineering Manager at Capgemini, where responsibilities included overseeing agile squads for a global fast-food chain and shaping product roadmaps, and Engineering Manager at Accenture, directing over 20 professionals in software development while managing large-scale projects. Angelo’s career began as a Senior Software Engineer at CRCSP, and earlier as a Software Engineer at Forsoft Provedor de Dados.
