Helena Villares

Helena Villares, CFA, currently serves as the Director of Investor Relations and Group FP&A at Natura &Co since September 2022. Prior to this role, Helena held the position of Vice President of Equity Research at Itaú BBA from October 2019 to August 2022, and worked as an Equity Research Analyst at Bradesco BBI from June 2017 to October 2019. Earlier in her career, Helena was a Credit Analyst at RB Capital and an intern in Research at Bank of America Merrill Lynch. Helena's experience also includes an internship in Products at JP Morgan. Helena earned a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from the School of Economics, Business and Accounting at the University of São Paulo, where studies were completed from 2012 to 2016.
