Ing. Ernesto Jose Flores R. has a strong background in maintenance, having worked as the Jefe de Mantenimiento at Naturaceites S.A. since 2015 and as the Supervisor de Mantenimiento at Industria Licorera de Guatemala since 2011. With a Magister Scientie degree in Manejo y Control Ambiental from Universidad Mariano Gálvez, Ernesto excels in planning, programming, and executing maintenance programs, as well as managing activities, training, overtime control, and vendor relationships. Ing. Ernesto Jose is also experienced in purchasing spare parts, materials, and tools.
