Yao Simon

Yao Simon has extensive work experience in various companies and industries. Yao started their career as a Sales and Marketing Supervisor at The Coca-Cola Company in 2001. Yao then worked as a Unit Manager at Procter & Gamble from 2004 to 2007. After that, they joined The Walt Disney Company as the Greater China Sales and Marketing Manager. Yao later worked at The Coca-Cola Company again as a VIK and Account Manager. In 2011, they became the Group Key Account Head at Beiersdorf. Yao then joined The Avon Company as the Vice President of Sales & Operation. In 2016, they became the China CEO of Skin Care at Wipro Consumer Care and Lighting, where they worked until 2021. Yao then served as the President of the Cosmetic Group at Fosun \u590d\u661f from 2021 to 2022. Currently, they are the Group COO & China CEO at Natural Beauty (China) Co., Ltd.

Yao Simon holds a Master's Degree in Global Economics from Renmin University of China, which they obtained from 2004 to 2007. Prior to that, from 1997 to 2001, they completed their Bachelor's degree in Chemistry Engineering at East China University of Science and Technology. Currently, they are pursuing a Financial Management degree at the Alberta School of Business, University of Alberta, which they are expected to complete from 2021 to 2023.
