Paul-Louis Poulier

Paul-Louis Poulier is a Junior Data Scientist at Natural Cycles. Paul-Louis has also worked as a Postdoc at the Max-Planck Institute for Solar System Research and as an Intern at Airbus Defence and Space (Space Systems, Inc.).

Paul-Louis Poulier received their PhD in astrophysics from the University of Nice Sophia-Antipolis in 2014. Paul-Louis's research has focused on the interaction of acoustic waves with solar turbulent convection, in particular via multiple scattering (coda waves). Paul-Louis has also worked on the optimization of a computational tool for risks of collision between satellites.

Paul-Louis Poulier attended the Classes Préparatoires Pierre de Fermat, where they studied mathematics and physics. Paul-Louis then attended ISAE-SUPAERO, where they earned a Master of Engineering (M.Eng.) in Sciences of the Universe, Applied Mathematics. Finally, they earned a Master of Research in Astrophysics from ISAE-SUPAERO.

Paul-Louis Poulier reports to Eleonora Benhar Noccioli, Head of Science & Data. They work with Carlotta Favaro - Data Scientist, Francesco Lo Sterzo - Senior Data Scientist, and Agathe Van Lamsweerde - Junior Data Scientist.
