Beth Parry serves as the Director of Strategy and Innovation at the Natural History Museum since March 2020, leading efforts in strategy, planning, global engagement, and innovation. Prior to this, Parry held multiple strategic roles at Imperial College London, including Chief of Staff and Strategic Director, managing key initiatives, partnerships, and policy development. Parry's career also includes producing strategy for the Office of Financial Strategy, heading the President's office, and managing operations in the School of Public Health. Early experience includes roles as a Communications Officer for the London Borough of Barnet and a Recruitment Consultant at Michael Page. Academically, Parry earned a Master of Science and a Postgraduate Diploma in Public Leadership and Management from the University of Warwick and a Bachelor of Arts in English Language and Literature from the University of Oxford.
