Tom Rutigliano

Tom Rutigliano is a seasoned advocate with extensive experience in clean energy and regulatory policy. Currently serving as a Senior Advocate at the Natural Resources Defense Council since October 2018, Tom focuses on enhancing the integration of clean energy resources into the U.S. electricity transmission grid. Prior to this role, Tom founded Achieving Equilibrium, LLC, and held the position of Director of New Markets at Constellation Energy, where responsibilities included product design and strategic planning for demand response markets. Tom's earlier career features roles in political campaign management, non-profit sector leadership, and various positions at Bloomberg LP, where notable contributions included overseeing the Bloomberg API. Tom holds a Master of Public Policy in Energy and Environmental Policy from Harvard Kennedy School and a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy from The New School.
