Caleb Cates is currently working as a Senior Manager at Avangrid Renewables since June 2020. Prior to this, Caleb worked as a Development Manager at SWCA Environmental Consultants and as a Development Associate at REAP NC, LLC. With a Bachelor's Degree in Environmental Studies: Sustainability Concentration from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, Caleb has experience in managing teams focused on land acquisition and permitting of solar and wind farms, specializing in renewable energy and historic preservation. As an intern at Weaver Community Housing Association, Caleb successfully acquired a grant for housing repairs.
