Laura Zanetto

Laura Zanetto, PLA, PWS, is a Senior Scientist at Natural Systems Design, specializing in the design and implementation of river and estuary restoration projects while preparing bid-ready plans and specifications. Previous experience includes serving as a Senior Associate at ICF, focusing on habitat restoration design, hydrologic assessments, and regulatory compliance across various infrastructure projects, and as a Designer & Project Manager at Thunderbird Design and Urban Roots, developing landscape designs with an emphasis on native plants and water management. Laura also held roles as Program Director at Hoyt Arboretum, managing educational programming, and as a Landscape Designer at Community Planning Workshop, creating conceptual park designs. Educational credentials include a Bachelor of Landscape Architecture from the University of Oregon.
